Acceptance of terms Hajde Shpejt is a marketplace that connects customers needing help (moving, recycling, shopping, deliveries, and other logistical services) with helpers near them. The platform does not provide the services itself — it only facilitates connection and coordination. 2. Accounts When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 3. Payments For now, all payments happen directly between the customer and the helper. Hajde Shpejt is not a party to the financial transaction. 4. User conduct Abusive, deceptive, illegal, or rights-infringing content is not allowed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. 5. Limitation of liability The platform is provided "as is". Hajde Shpejt is not responsible for the actions, quality of service, or damages that may occur between customers and helpers. 6. Changes We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. This is an initial placeholder document for testing. The final version will be reviewed by a lawyer before the platform opens for commercial use.
