Information we collect - Account data: name, email, phone number, role (customer or helper). - Job data: title, description, photos, pickup and drop-off addresses (with coordinates if you select one from Google Maps). - Usage data: messages between customer and helper, ratings, job history. - Location: if you activate the "Jobs near me" button, your coordinates are stored in a 1-day cookie on your device only. 2. How we use the information - To facilitate the connection between customers and helpers. - To personalize the experience (e.g. ordering jobs by nearness). - To improve the platform and prevent abuse. 3. Who we share it with - Account info and ratings are visible to all users. - Precise addresses are only shown to the customer and helper linked to that job. - We do not sell personal data to third parties. 4. Your rights You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from the "My account" page. For deeper requests, contact us. 5. Data storage Data is stored in Supabase (data centers in Europe). It is kept as long as your account is active. 6. Security Data is stored securely and access is limited. However, no system is 100% secure. 7.
